PIN error messages

 

Messages and required actions

 

When using your POS terminal, various built-in messages may be displayed as part of the security arrangements governing the electronic payment system. When a payment has been completed, the message displayed is ‘U heeft betaald, tot ziens’ (You have paid. Call again). Any other message means that the payment has not gone through. The different messages and the required actions are listed below:
